Essense International conducts its business via the employees under supervision of the CEO, with additional oversight coming from the board of directors. Essense International will operate under the notion that success for the company is dependent on the relationships between the firm, government, communities, employees, and shareholders.
Based on this notion, the firm will maintain that transparency and consistency will be paramount to successful relations between clients, employees, government officials, and community members.
